What are employers looking for?

Every year thousands of people are trying to break into the record industry. This means that employers can afford to be choosey. They’re looking for the energetic, enthusiastic, imaginative people. A good CV would be clear, legible, correctly spelt and short with a covering letter. Both should be one side of A4. The CV needs to show work experience and a genuine passion for music.
